Archdeacon installed as Priest in charge at St Augustine Slade Green

Bromley and Bexley Archdeacon, The Venerable Dr Paul Wright FRSA, was installed as Priest in Charge of St Augustine Church Slade Green by the Bishop of Rochester, The Right Reverend James Langstaff, at a Service in the Church on Sunday afternoon (6 November)

Among those joining the congregation for the ceremony were Rt Hon David Evennett MP and his wife Marilyn, The Revd Canon Julie Conalty Area Dean for Erith, other local clergy, and members of St Paulinus church. Church members and guests enjoyed tea and cakes after the event .
