Bexleyheath and Crayford Conservatives held their Summer Garden Party on Saturday afternoon (10th June) in the beautiful Bexleyheath garden of their Ladies Chairman, Sheila Vickers. Tea, sandwiches, scones with jam and cream and a wide variety of delicious homemade cakes were the order of the fundraising and social event which was organised by the Association Social Deputy Chairman Maureen King.
Association Chairman Mark Brooks gave a short speech and there was also a raffle. Among the guests were Rt Hon David Evennett MP and his wife Marilyn, Council Leader Cllr Teresa O’Neill, Association Political Deputy Chairman Cllr Brad Smith, and Association President Bernard Clewes.
