Gill Landon, the daughter of Joyce Van Mechelen held a memorial tea to celebrate the life of Joyce, who had sadly passed away last year. She was a stalwart of BCCA and family, friends and community representatives attended the memorial held at the Conservative Club.
Joyce Van Mechelen's relatives spoke about her life whilst Sir David spoke about her political and community activities.
