Rt Hon David Evennett, MP for Bexleyheath and Crayford, attended the RNIB’s (Royal National Institute of Blind People) parliamentary reception on 22 November to learn about their campaign for patients to be seen by eye clinics in the time advised by their consultant, and for patients to keep their appointments.
Mr Evennett commented: “I was pleased to learn that the number of cancelled appointments in Bexley is below the national average. However, I will be raising the concerns highlighted with Bexley CCG.”
